WASTE - private p2p network just for us
It is a difficult program, but pnutwannabe, fatlip, dj3stripes and I were all able to get it working after a little work.
Jordan, make sure you click "Run key generator" on step 2 when you start it up. And remember the password you create there, because you need to enter it when you start the program later.
Also, on step 1 make sure to put in TaiyedBrodels as the network name/ID.
I've put your guys' keys into my accepted key list, so as long as you have the above steps completed and you have put my key into your accepted key list, you should be able to connect to me at 68.58.49.232. Go to the network status window and try to connect to my IP address. If it doesn't work, just try again occasionally. It seems to start working kind of randomly.

The way this program works is difficult to understand, because it's not a type of program that you normally use.
The basic idea is that when you set it up, you enter a password that you MUST REMEMBER for whenever you start the program later. It uses this password to create a pair of special numbers, called your private key and your public key.
Then you give your public key to someone you want to connect with. They enter it into their list of accepted keys. Then you have to get their public key, to enter into YOUR list of accepted keys.
Only when you have the other person's key, and they have your key, and you've both entered them into the program will you be able to connect to each other.
If you ever change your password, or redo the setup of the whole program, you have to do the key exchange again.
I have entered every key that's been posted in this thread so far into my accepted list. So all you guys should need to do is make sure my key is in your list. Then you can go to the Network Status window in the program, and connect to 68.58.49.232:1337
If that doesn't work, make sure you have "TaiyedBrodels" entered as the password in Preferences --> Password. If you still can't connect to me, please message me on AIM.

Yeah the speed has been staying below 20 kb/s, which is not fantastic. It's not completely worthless though.
Anyone who is behind a router or firewall and knows how to forward a port should forward port 1337 so that you can take incoming connections. It would definitely help with speed for your up/downloads, I think.
