Jordan, how do you get those little gif movies? Is there a program you use that takes clips of mpegs or whatever and converts them to small gif animations?

Nope. I just find them randomly on the net, and whenever I see a cool GIF I like I save it to a folder. I got tons of em... Then I just put em up whenever I feel like it.
