No we all do have our opinions, and we are all are entitled to them. Some like Transistor more than Grassroots, some like Evolver over From Chaos, and some like Summer of love more than Down south. You get my point. We all have opinions. But DTOM does suck, thats not my opinion, its a fucking fact. I went out and actually paid money for it that day it came out. Wanna know where that cd is now? On the side of the road on I-85 somewhere with the rest of the garbage where it belongs. DTOM is horrible. Always an excuse is the only song that I can tolerate because it almost reminds me of Jacks in a wierd way. Thats the only half decent song on that album. And you guys thought a Nick Hexum solo album would be good? Get real. His voice is gone anyways. Bottom line: DTOM is embarrassing, alot of my old friends from high school who were hardcore fans back in the day have stopped listening to 311 because of it, I would have too, except the new records mean they are coming to town and I get to see them live. Its a fact, if you enjoy that kinda 311 then I feel sorry for you, because it may be 311, but it has no flame, no spark, or any of the passion that their music used to be, it does nothing for me, DTOM sounds like it written in 5 minutes.

So in other words, it's still not a fact, you just have a really really strong opinion.

DTOM is obviously their worst album and does not compare to any of their other albums and they have done the worst thing that they could do and brought politics into it. i do hope they keep making albums so i can see them live but i do think that they are just about done writing music. i love them but nicks voice is going and their new shit just sucks. still love you guys!

Why do people still insist on complaining aout DTOM? I don't think its has anything to do with what 311 has in store for the future. Its over, 3/5 of the band dislikes it, we'll see what happens...
