are you kidding keith? ... it isn't obvious? ..... the first theme.. that should be picked up in the first few pages is that The border between brilliance and insanity is razor thin. ... Murray stayed on the brilliant side ... Minor tipped over to the insane side, even though his brilliance was still there ... Though knwo a couple more I'll let you think for yourself and then if you still need it, I'll tell you the next one when i'm done reading

one I was sort of mulling over is that death is merely a passage of knowledge from one person to the next .... That is one you kinda have to be in my head to understand though. .... like through out the lives of murray and minor there was death all around them and in those closest to them .. naturally the others who were right along with them didn't become smart becuase it's not how they fucntioned... but Minor and Murray are really obscenely similar. ... ..... Rawr. hold on .. my thoughts are mulled... i know what I'm attempting to explain.. but it's not working. haha.

okay, here's one that I don't really like ... The opinions and impressions people have are focused on while fact is easily overlooked or dismissed.... i.e. Minor is absolutely out of his mind, But people knew he was raised Christian and had served in the military and been to medical school thusly, they all respected him and almost pardened his insanity. ..... Irish people quite clearly weren't out to get minor but he had convinced himself that all of them hated him, not matter how kind an irish person may have been to him he was still convinced they were all after him. no way around it. ....

People often hold belief and opinion at a much higher regard than fact.

haha I kinda like that one now...
