Yeah, fuck Eminem's "image"...that was a lame tactic for promotional purposes. I do like his first 3 albums alot. The songs that DON'T have anything by D-12 on it are pretty clever.

The thing is, its true. How many people would go out there and buy a rap album from a upper or middle class white guy, nobody. Then again you know me I wouldnt buy a rap album from any white guy especially eminem.

why would you go buy a rap album? the roots, del the funkee homosapien, heiroglyphics, and bone thugs and harmony is why. all great rap groups

im talking about guys like 50 cent and that gangsta crap. looking up to drug dealers who say they survived gun shots and thinking that is cool is pretty lame and sad to me. but those guys you mentioned would be hip-hop to me which is different than rap to me

haha yea 50 cent's gangsta-ness makes me laugh (tony yayo is the only real gangsta in g-unit). eminem has got some real good shit tho. listen to "halie's song" or "say what you say" for an honest take on eminem, by eminem.

Haha, damn strait Goat. The 1st and 2nd album kick ass. There was just something about being in 5th grade and my mom letting me buy both Eminem cds. Then hearing what they say. I used to be into rap and i memorized alot of the lyrics. I always sang '97 Bonnie and Clide at school when i was bored.

John wheres Dave at before I bash you
He's in the bathroom
I think he is taking a crap dude
Dave pull up your pants
We need an ambulance
Theres a girl upstairs talking to plants

we can overcome the wrongs while we're reachin' the point.
