Lupe's new record is fucking fire. I couldn't believe he outdid Food and Liquor.

I mean 8 Diagrams is REALLY bad, I must reiterate that.

RZA's production has proven that Raekwon needs to sit his ass in the corner and work on "Only Built for Cuban Linx... 2" that will never come out because he's working with Dre and his name isn't Eminem of 50 Cent.

Hell listening to the 8 Diagrams production it could have been AT LEAST a borderline classic if someone besides Method Man decided to come with it.

There's too much singing, and the singing isn't good at all.

Its missing that overwhelming feeling Wu albums use to have, 8 Diagrams doesn't feel like a crew of dangerous black men.

Ghost, Meth, the little of GZA(failure right there), Chef: they held it down lyrically, but again nothing memorable.

36 Chambers is one of my favorite rap albums ever. But this is just straight trash.

Fuck that. 8 Diagrams is RZA's album. I can't wait for an instrumental LP. This is where Wu-Tang is now. You're a fool if you expected another 36 Chambers or even Forever. That's like expecting 311's new album to be like Grassroots. They are 15 years older, and 15 years different. 8 Diagrams is psychadellic, musically more mature, and totally new. Wu-Tang will never be the same without ODB, along with a new socieconomic status, but with the post multiple soundtracks RZA on the beats, they are a more than interesting listen.

Ghostface's new album is alright if you can handle the "I'm obviously way too hyped" Ghostface voice. But don't get me wrong, Ghostface is still Ghostface. He's no Kanye West.

Bottom line, Ghostface can bitch all he wants about Wu-Tang's new status, but he's nowhere near as talented as the RZA, the GZA, or Meth.

Who said I ever expected 8 Diagrams to be another 36 chambers, thats dumb. If by totally new you mean totally garbage, then yes.

Ghostface puts out amazing stuff.

LMFAO at you saying RZA and GZA and Meth is better than Ghostface

Ghostface is the most successful since of all 3 of them easily and the most consistent.

8 diagrams is sick!! Why would the middle aged Wu Tang want so sound "like a crew of dangerous black men". Shit man, GZA is 42 years old, thier music is going to get more mature and less angry( and i digs the soul elements or as alex describes as "too much singing", and the production is sick sick sick. Lupe is mediocre in general, I haven't even heard his album, not too crazy about checking it out either... "kick push kick push"...but hey to each their own...even if the other guy has shitty taste.
